The European Bible School is designed to be a combined effort to equip and inspire leaders from the Churches of Christ all over Europe.

"And I will give you shepherds according to my heart,

and they shall feed you with knowledge and understanding"

Jer 3:15

 "It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists,

and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service,

so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

Eph 4:11-12

The Bible School will be geared to help and inspire leaders in nine different responsibility positions:

Ministers:

Elders, Evangelists, Teachers, Women

Deacons:

Deacons for Worship, Children, Teens, Church Administration and Poor & Needy

Inner Motivation:

Inner motivation will be greatly enhanced, if someone has

... found Purpose: to gain a vision for how God can use one's service

... gained Competence: being fully equipped to do the task thoroughly and excellently,

... enjoys Autonomy: having sufficient means and freedom to act,

... found Social Integration: having peers and co-workers who have accepted

similar responsibilities.

The Bible School has set the goal to help different kind of leaders of the Churches of Christ in Europe in purpose, competence and social integration.
